At LifeLong we have created a Resource Center by pre-screening prospective caregivers for your business. These individuals desire to work with consumers in the Self-Determination program. All individuals have agreed to be added to our Resource Center.
Caregiver qualifications for our Resource Center require verification from our Consumer Human Resource Department which LifeLong will provide as a service for your business. All individuals listed in our Resource Center have been pre-screened with a background check, recipient rights release and are current with trainings required by Macomb County Community Mental Health. (MCCMH)
This is only a pre-screened list to assist you with the hiring process. We have not interviewed these individuals and disclaim all responsibility other than the pre-screening process as stated above.
Please submit your Resource Center Web Agreement & email Pamela Goddard at firstname.lastname@example.org to register and gain access to our private page “Hiring Resources”. Please enter your consumer name in subject line of email. You will receive your confirmation email with your user name and password.
After you receive your confirmation email follow these 3 Easy Steps!
- Click on link in email http://lifelongadvocacy.org
- Go to Resource Center Page and login with your username and password.
- Access Private Page “Hiring Resources” & Print out your Caregiver list!
Caregiver List will be updated every 30 Days.
