Dance Exercise-For All Ages
Come and join the fun and interactive dance program
specifically created for adults and children with physical and/or developmental disabilities. Dances are choreographed with easy, repetitive movements, to music they will recognize and enjoy. We will accommodate all skill levels including people who use wheelchairs and walkers. No dance experience necessary. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to dance if their dancer need assistance.
